A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) performed a boundary survey in support of the development of the new Southeast Federal Center. Survey effort included consultation with the Federal Government and attorneys; extensive research at the DC Surveyor’s Office; establishment of survey control network; determination of boundary and right of way lines; review of title reports and title commitment; the preparation of property survey and legal descriptions; alley closing and street closing exhibits; preparation of easements and subdivisions plats; and other miscellaneous survey exhibits in support of the design and development of the project.
Site Size: 45 acres (1,000 feet x 2000 feet)
Length: Over 1 mile of proposed street openings
