Minnesota Avenue Metro Station, Washington, D.C.
A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) prepared boundary survey of the various lots owned by WMATA and oversaw preparation of various WMATA easements for WMATA facilities on the property owned by the D.C. Office of Property Management.
The survey effort included research of D.C. Surveyor's Office records and WMATA records; establishment of survey control network; determination of boundary and right of way lines; review of title reports and title commitment; preparation of property surveys and legal descriptions for land transfers.
