Anacostia Light Rail - Car Storage Facility, Washington, D.C.
AMT provided survey support services for the engineering design of the light rail car storage facility. For this 5-acre site, AMT established 3,000 L.F. of street rights of way to resolve boundary lines.
The survey effort included:

- Field run topographic survey
- Property and right of way research at DC Surveyors Office and DDOT
- Recovery of property and right of way monumentation for South Capitol Street, Anacostia Freeway and a portion of Saint Elizabeth's Hospital
- Establishment of property lines based on remainder of lands between the rights of way of South Capital Street and Anacostia Freeway
- Preparation of boundary and topographic survey drawing.
This survey project was given an accelerated schedule in order to meet design deadlines.
