A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. provided test hole excavation services for locating underground structures and utilities. Services included verification and identification of the horizontal and vertical alignments of utilities. Task assignments include:
Great Star Drive and MD 108: Provided utility locating services (Quality Level A) for proposed roadway improvement design project. Vacuum excavation was utilized to expose utilities to minimize any potential for damage. Test holes were of minimum size (1' by 1').
US 29 WM - Frederick Road to US Rte 40: Provided utility locating services (Quality Level A) for the proposed water main replacement project on US Route 29. Vacuum excavation was utilized to expose utilities to minimize any potential for damage. Test holes were of minimum size (1' by 1'). Miss Utility was notified 48 hours in advance.
