A. Morton Thomas and Associates (AMT) provided landscape architecture and environmental services in association with additions and renovations to the Sykesville Public Safety Training Center. Specific services provided by AMT include preparing a forest stand delineation, forest conservation plan, and reforestation plans associated with the project area; preparing landscape design associated with grade changes, outdoor assembly areas, and planting requirements; providing design assistance with respect to the outdoor physical training facility in terms of layout, grading and environmental controls; submitting and obtaining MDE approvals regarding stormwater management, erosion/sediment controls, and wetland mitigation; and providing construction phase services.
