Services for the implementation and compliance with the many regulations on rural, urban and city development projects from vacant land to redevelopment of existing properties are provided on a regular basis. In addition to the permit and core requirements of environmental regulations, we also examined the practical application of the development of projects with the emphasis of sound, sensitive physical planning and creative project designs for commercial developments, office parks and residential subdivisions.

As the LEED and the environmentally sensitive designed projects gain in recognition, our experienced staff of landscape architects, environmental planners, wetland scientists and professional engineers working together as a team with the clients and regulators, we have and will continue to provide solutions to protect and enhance the environmental features of a site.

AMT provides full environmental services using best management practices, from initial site analysis, inventories, assessments and evaluations through the design process, to obtaining permits such as the ACOE and MDE General Permits and Special Permits, and finally to construction and monitoring.
