I-395 HOV Lanes, Feasibility Study, Northern Virginia
A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) prepared a preliminary concept study for a 27-mile section of I-395 to determine the feasibility of construction access ramps from the I-395 HOV lanes to three interchanges of Duke Street, King Street and Shirlington Avenue, as well as the feasibility of a new north bound flyover ramp south of Duke Street.
