A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) provided field design, engineering and surveying services to Catholic University for the improvements to these athletic fields. The project included the football field being replaced within the limits of the perimeter track with synthetic turf with underdrains; the baseball field was provided with new 250-seat capacity bleachers; new dugouts; new warning track and fence; and pathways for access to the field.

Services also included the design of a new stormwater management facility to control and manage the runoff associated with the new football field and track improvements; preparation of erosion and sediment control plans; and stormwater drainage conveyance piping from the field drainage system to a point of connection beyond the track. Elevations and locations of existing facilities were also confirmed and utility designation was performed.
