Construction Party Chief

Candidate should have 10 years or more experience performing construction stakeout and construction as-build surveys. Candidate will perform Construction as-build surveys and quality control checks on construction associated with the Woodrow Wilson Bridge - Virginia interchange improvements. Candidate must be capable of performing survey computations and work directly with contractors and inspectors. CAD and RTK experience is a plus.

Construction Stakeout Party Chief

Candidate must have 5 years or more experience performing construction stakeout on commercial and urban construction sites. The typical projects are 4-12 story infill buildings in downtown Washington, DC; new and retrofit public school buildings/site improvements; courthouses; college campus buildings/site improvements; monitoring foundations, pilings, sheeting & shoring, and jacking operations for new and existing buildings; and new buildings, building additions, site improvements, and utilities for various federal, state, county, and city agencies.

Field to Finish. Surveyor (Survey Tech/Party Chief)

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience performing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys for engineering design projects. This candidate is required to perform field to finish surveys on a daily basis. This position requires competence performing both field work and associated office work to produce a finished survey drawing in AutoCAD 2005. Great opportunity for advancement and survey licensing.

CAD Technician/Survey Technician

Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience performing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, right of way plats, and route surveys for engineering site design and transportation projects. This candidate is required to be competent in both AutoCAD 2005 and Microstation V8 CAD platforms (LDD and Geopak experience are a plus). Candidate will mentor and train other survey staff.
